Moto Strada is a separate business entity from Aprilia, Bajaj, Piaggio, Piaggio USA, Vespa USA, and any other line or product that we may carry in our shop. None of the named businesses, however close the working relationship or cross advertisements, shall be held liable for the business dealings, practices, or work of the other businesses.

Privacy Policy

Moto Strada collects customer information to improve your overall shopping experience with us. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using this information responsibly. Moto Strada will not sell or trade to third parties any customer identifiable information—including customer names and addresses—without the consent of the customer. Please note that if you sign-up for the local rides mailing list newsletter using our website that implies your consent for us to transmit your information to them. We may disclose information if it is required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process, in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others, or to a vendor if it is necessary for a marketing purpose, such as direct mail. Moto Strada reserves the right to sell its customer lists in case of a sale of business, bankruptcy, or merger.

Improper Conduct

Moto Strada may use customer identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity (such as scooter theft, fraud, identity theft, or defamtion). We will also disclose information on a case by case basis to aid our customers (vehicle recovery, re-addressing lost shipments, etc). We will disclose information in the case of imminent physical harm to a person or their property, and as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process.

Moto Strada is concerned about the privacy of children and does not knowingly collect any personal information from people under 18. Moto Strada does not sell products for purchase by children and all products we sell are for purchase by adults only.

Warranty Disclaimer

Moto Strada makes no warranty as to the products it distributes, Expressed or Implied, Including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. However Moto Strada will pass on any and all warranties made by the original manufacturer, who has the sole responsibility for performing any such warranties. The manufacture shall be solely responsible for any damages to person or property arising from the design, manufacture and testing of its products. Moto Strada shall not be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damage as a result of any manufacturer's breach of warranty.

Moto Strada shall not be held liable for repairs that are not made to a customer vehicle. Mechanical problems with your scooter or motorcycle can cost your your life, our mechanics are advising you to make that repair for your own safety and well-being. Moto Strada reserves the right to refuse to service any vehicle.
