Repair Services

Please call 410-666-8377 or email to schedule your service. While we can usually take your bike in right away, at certain times of the year we may be backed up. Also parts for some bikes are more difficult to obtain than others. A call in advance will help us to manage your expectations realistically.

If possible, or if one of our transporters is delivering your scooter, please print out and complete our repair form.

Our hourly labor rate is $ 70 /hour for bikes purchased at Moto Strada (warranty repairs may of course be covered by the manufacturer).

Our hourly labor rate for other vehicles is $85/hour.

All jobs are clocked on a stopwatch, so you are not charged for one minute of downtime. Certain services may incur a flat fee charge. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for any two-wheeled machine which rolls into Moto Strada. A 1 hourlabor charge may be incurred for any estimate for insurance work or larger jobs which require an extensive list of parts. In addition large orders may also be charged freight and handling fees due that may be charged to us by our shippers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Parts are charged separate from labor.
